It was founded on the belief that building integrated technological, promotional, and procedural systems for volunteer recruitment and management can make the volunteer sector more efficient. A flexible model that can be shared by a variety of organizations, will save money for individual organizations, and increase the quantity and efficiency of volunteer contributions in Canada. We believe that one way to strengthen an individual organization is to strengthen the entire sector.
